We'll still be sending periodic pre order update emails (to your email used at check out), and emails when your label is created, and unit has shipped!

While exact timing can vary, you can expect an update email every 2-3 weeks while you wait on your pre order, where I'll let you know current status, potential ETA, and more!

I will also periodically add high level updates to this pre order tracker page, but your best reference will be the emails!

Yes! We're happy to, and are doing our best to be sure we can find the most competitive shipping rates for you as well!

Important for our customers outside of the United States: At this time, you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary around the world. As an international customer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs We're also happy to help with the process, so feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns!

All cases are made from Grade 5 Titanium! We may also offer other materials in the future depending on interest, including stainless steel, aluminum, and maybe more!

Please note - as your are using your existing F91w caseback with this mod, your caseback will still be stainless steel. We do plan to offer a titanium caseback option in the future!

All units will ship from the USA. Final assembly, testing, and packaging is done right here in Chicago, IL!

Water resistance is expected to be the same as that of a stock Casio F91w, which means we share the same guidance "It is suitable for everyday use, splash and rain resistance, but not for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, or water-related work."

These are some limitations of the default F91 style footprint. We do plan to make a future version based off the footprint but with enhanced water resistance some time next year!

At this time, due to the nature of our pre order run production, we will not be able to offer refunds on cancellations of preorders. This is because we will be specifically producing units based on the number of preorders.

That being said, while it is our policy, if you do wish to cancel and refund an order, please do reach out, and we can see what we can do, we'll do our best to shift your order to someone else on the waitlist (and then do a refund for you), we just can't guarantee it as a default policy at this time.
