Don't like your quote for international shipping? (Reach out!)

Since we're expecting orders from all over (currently planning on 30 countries from the pre order!), we've currently got as many shipping integrations as we could add (with no markups, that's the cost we'll pay).

When will pre orders ship?

The first run of pre orders are expected to ship within approximately 1.5-2 months from now (Oct 27th, 2025), but we're hoping to get them out sooner! We'll be giving bi-weekly updates via our newsletter, and to anyone who's made a purchase!

This lead time is a mix of things for our first production run, including time for production, finishing/ assembly, testing, and then shipping of all units!

What Type of Titanium is the Case Made from?

All cases are made from Grade 5 Titanium! We may also offer other materials in the future depending on interest, including stainless steel, aluminum, and maybe more!

Please note - as your are using your existing F91w caseback with this mod, your caseback will still be stainless steel. We do plan to offer a titanium caseback option in the future!

Where will they ship from?

All units will ship from the USA. Final assembly, testing, and packaging will be done in Chicago, IL!

When will there be more images of the other finish options?

We should have demo versions of all finish options by the second week of November!

What is the water resistance of the Ti-1 case?

Water resistance is expected to be the same as that of a stock Casio F91w, which means we share the same guidance "It is suitable for everyday use, splash and rain resistance, but not for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, or water-related work."

These are some limitations of the default F91 style footprint. We do plan to make a future version based off the footprint but with enhanced water resistance some time next year!

What is your return & refund policy?

At this time, due to the nature of our first run production, we will not be able to offer refunds on cancellations of preorders. This is because we will be specifically producing units based on the number of preorders.

That being said, while it is our policy, if you do wish to cancel and refund an order, please do reach out, and we can see what we can do, we'll do our best to shift your order to someone else on the waitlist (and then do a refund for you), we just can't guarantee it as a default policy at this time.
