Pre Order Updates

While exact timing can vary, you can expect an update email every 2-3 weeks while you wait on your pre order, where I'll let you know current status, potential ETA, and more!

You can also find the high level status and ETAs by pre order groups below! Please note, while I do my best to estimate ETAs, there are a lot of moving parts, so they do have the potential to shift. Currently a 1 man show for the final assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping, so going as fast as I can while ensuring quality! 

 

Pre Order Group 1 

Includes orders from order number: #0 - 1177

Pre order 1 units are currently being assembled and shipped, I'm working through the last units now, and then will be on to pre order 2!

As you may be aware, final assembly and shipping has taken longer than expected, but I'm continuing to ramp up and improve the process! 

 

Pre Order Group 2 

Includes orders from order number: #1178 - 1569

The majority of pre order 2 case and sapphire production is complete! (Doing a second run as we expanded the size of group 2, but this won't delay the start of shipping on earlier group 2 orders). 

As soon as group 1 shipping is completed, I'll be start on group 2 assembly and shipping! Right now, we're slightly behind, but expect to start shipping early group 2 orders by early September, and quickly ramp up from there! 

 

Pre Order Group 3 

Pre order group 3 is now open, and will kick off the start of production in the coming month or so. Current expected timeline is approximately 12 weeks.
