Shipping policy

Important for customers outside of the United States: At this time, you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary around the world. As an international customer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs We're also happy to help with the process, so feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns!

Shipping ETA: We're currently assembling and shipping units for Pre order 1! For new orders, we expect a lead time of approximately 4 weeks before shipping, as we work through the backlog of orders! Once we've sold out of units from pre order 1, expected wait time is 6-10 weeks for units in round 2!

All units will ship from the USA. Final assembly, testing, and packaging will be done in Chicago, IL!
